International Human Rights Commission
About

The International Human Rights Commission has helped to end numerous conflicts in the world through its diplomatic means and capacities: mediation, negotiation and various recommendations.
This is the responsibility of the organ with primary responsibility, under the IHRC Department of Foreign Affairs, for the maintenance of international peace and security.
When it receives a complaint about a threat to peace from an affected country, the IHRC first recommends that the parties seek an agreement by peaceful means.
In some cases, International Human Rights Commission itself investigates and mediates.
It may appoint special representatives or request the Secretary-General to do so, or to use his good offices. It may set forth principles for a peaceful settlement.
When a dispute leads to fighting, the IHRC's first concern is to end it as soon as possible.
The International Human Rights Commission also deploys Conflict resolvers and peace experts by the approval of the state government to reduce tensions in troubled areas, and create conditions for sustainable peace after settlements have been reached.
General Assembly
According to the Charter of IHRC's Peace and Security, it can make recommendations on the General Principles of Cooperation (GPC) for maintaining international peace and security, and for the peaceful settlement of any situation that might impair friendly relations among states.
The International Human Rights Commission can consider the matter immediately in order to make recommendations to Members for collective measures to maintain, or restore international peace and security.
